Our founder:
Jessica Jones brings a 20-year background in the financial services sector, spanning wealth management, asset management, trust services, banking, and broker-dealer operations. She holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Finance, and a Master of Science in Data Science, specializing in Machine Learning.
During her career she oversaw operations at some of the largest RIA's in the country, helping to lay the foundation for their growth to $100B+ AUM. In her most recent roles Jessica served as COO for TAMP, and before that she served as Managing Director of Global Operations for an international asset manager where she led teams in Los Angeles, London, St. Louis, and Kansas City.
Jessica offers operational oversight, strategic planning, technology review, and workflow optimization to clients. Her deep understanding of operational processes include a wide range of functions such as performance returns, GIPS standards, fee billing and revenue reconciliation, client reporting, trade settlements, fund launches, alternatives, compliance, and more.
Her technical acumen is demonstrated in her successful implementation of data projects, application development, automation of processes, and Advisor software projects. She is proficient in multiple programming languages including Python, SQL, R, and Visual Basic. This technical knowledge complements her operational expertise, allowing her to provide comprehensive solutions that enhance data reporting, analytics, and workflow automation capabilities.
Known for high standards, Jessica is committed to a service-centric approach across illuminate, with her team dedicated to operational excellence and technological innovation.
