In her role as a Fractional COO, Jessica offers operational oversight, strategic planning, and technology reviews and optimization to clients. Her deep understanding of operational processes includes a wide range of functions such as performance return methodologies, GIPS standards, trade settlement, diverse fee billing approaches, client reporting, and reconciliation. Jessica's expertise extends to corporate actions, proxy voting, and other intricate financial operations.

Her technical acumen is demonstrated in her successful implementation of Data Lakes, Warehouses, and ETL jobs, utilizing tools such as AWS, Snowflake, various no-code platforms, and Python. Mercedes has successfully managed teams responsible for complex operational processes, including billing operations, service reconciliation, and account management. Currently serving as a Data Architect at Mariner Wealth Advisors, Mahesh is an integral member of the Data Engineering team, where he leverages agile methodologies to streamline business processes through strategic data usage.

His prior experience includes roles as a Business Intelligence Architect, where he designed and implemented optimized data warehouses and ETL processes, enhancing data integration and reporting capabilities. At Waddell & Reed, Mahesh served as a Technical Team Lead, developing CRM systems and data warehouse solutions to drive targeted sales campaigns and performance analytics.

Mahesh’s tenure at Oracle and Siebel Systems showcased his ability to create optimized call center applications, further demonstrating his strength in aligning technology solutions with operational efficiencies.
